Partly. "20 Hours ECE" funds up to 6 hours a day and 20 hours a week at a teacher-led early learning service for children aged 3, 4 and 5 (until they start school). It is not based on family income, on whether the parents work, or on immigration status. The service cannot charge fees for those 20 hours, though it may ask for optional donations or charge for extra hours. Ask the centre whether it offers 20 Hours ECE and sign the attestation form when you enrol.
