At least 4 weeks of paid annual holidays a year, which you become entitled to after 12 months of continuous employment with the same employer. Separately, there are 12 public holidays a year; you are paid for each one that falls on a day you would normally work, and if you work on it you are paid at least time-and-a-half and usually get another paid day off. Your employer must keep records of what you are owed and what you have taken, and you can ask to see them.
